Allied Wealth was founded out of our frustration with the status quo in the wealth industry.  We believe that the only way to provide advice is to be Independent Financial Advice providers.  This means no commissions and no hidden fees.  Your adviser needs to be your wealth management ally, not a salesperson for a larger institution. 

We have found that financial advice is best delivered in boutique organisations, as when management don’t interact with clients, their decision making process shifts from the best interest of the client to increasing the profit of the business.

Our name was chosen to ensure that we will always be your wealth management ally.  

By design, we only work with a relatively small number of clients so we can devote a significant amount of time and attention to our relationship with you.  Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of you, your family, your values and your financial environment is a big part of our service.

It allows us to be highly responsive and effective for you when you most need it.

We charge on a fee for service basis with flat dollar fees (rather than percentage based) and don’t charge or accept commissions on any products, including risk insurance as we believe to do so would be a conflict to our advice.  We do not pay or receive referral fees, therefore we only give referrals to service providers we believe are best in their field and will suit your requirements.

Our clients have access to the best solutions available - not just a list of products restricted by commercial interests.

Managing Director and Principal Financial Adviser, Chris Rae has twenty years’ of experience within financial services, along with over ten years’ experience as a private wealth manager.  He is a Director and Independent Financial Adviser of the Profession of Independent Financial Advisers and also recognised as a Specialist Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Adviser, & Registered Tax (Financial) Adviser.

During this time, he has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge of wealth management from an investment, structuring, asset protection and estate planning perspective. His strong industry background coupled with a high level of strategic thinking allows him to act as a robust sounding board for his clients.

Chris believes that with sound planning, structuring and patience these are the keys to ensure clients make the most of their personal circumstances.  His key goal is to provide trusted, bespoke and expert advice to his clients to assist in reaching their goals.
